Our Founder

In 2023, Barry Money founded Australia’s ethical, efficient, effective, end-to-end choice for franchising solutions, Bane Enterprises. Having worked with some of the biggest names and brands in franchising, Barry decided that there was a huge gap in the franchising market for a real-world, ethical approach to business growth. 

 

Realising that there was an opportunity for a true end-to-end, premier franchising services provider, with real world experience and practical solutions, Bane Enterprises was founded upon the values of truthfulness, dependability and growth mindset. 

 

Barry Money is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a C-Suite professional, with an MBA in entrepreneurship.  For the first ten years of Barry’s career, he consulted in global franchise standards and led significant transformation and innovation projects. Barry has a very diverse experience across multiple disciplines including sales, marketing, finance, customer service, product management, export, quality assurance, engineering, IT and supply chain.

Barry has held director and leadership positions in start-ups, NFPs, Founder-operated entities, industry peak bodies and commercial organisations.  He held a leadership role at Australia’s largest franchise group, where he was instrumental in driving disruption and growth.

After many years living and working all around the world, he is fluent in several languages. A dynamic, results-driven leader who prides himself on lateral, entrepreneurial thinking and creativity combined with rigourous process standardisation, Barry is renowned for developing and fostering strong teams and going over and above for clients.
